Based in Oxfordshire UK, I work in London and Oxford, and across the UK, Continental Europe and Africa

Accreditations and qualifications

Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching, AoEC (Academy of Executive Coaching), 2016.

  • EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council) accredited coach, at Practitioner level.

  • BA Honours degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology (Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, Port Elizabeth, South Africa)

  • Doctor of Professional Studies, Global University for Lifelong Learning - GULL. (An Honorary degree)

  • Accredited practitioner in the MBTI and SDI diagnostic instruments

  • Qualified EFT practitioner (Advanced Certificate)

  • Part-progress towards an MSc in Systems Thinking, University of Kwa-Zulu Natal, but this was discontinued when I emigrated to the UK in 1999

  • Member of the Trusted Coach Directory

My origins

My work experience was gained in two very different parts of the world, and this multi-cultural exposure has informed and enriched my approach to individual coaching and to organisational development work:

The first 17 years were spent gaining invaluable corporate experience in Unilever Southern Africa, with exposure to market research, HR, union negotiations and talent management. In the last four years with Unilever I was Head of Management Development and Graduate Recruitment & Development for Sub-Saharan Africa.

My family and I relocated to the UK in 1999, where I worked as a Senior Training Consultant for three years with an Oxfordshire-based training consultancy. Thereafter I started my own business, specialising in people development consulting, management training and since 2012, in executive coaching. My coaching  credentials were formalised in 2016 by gaining the Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching, with AoEC (Academy of Executive Coaching) in London. I have also earned full accreditation as a coach with EMCC (European Coaching and Mentoring Council)

I subscribe to the EMCC Global Code of Ethics in my coaching practice.
